Two people and their dog were rescued from a boat that was taking on water near Haulover Inlet Sunday, U.S. Coast Guard officials said.
A Coast Guard boat and helicopter responded around 4:30 p.m. after receiving a report of the vessel taking on water near the inlet.
The boaters and their dog were safely rescued, and no injuries were reported. They later posed for a photo with the Coast Guard crew.
