A search was continuing Tuesday for a boat that capsized near Dania Beach Pier.
The U.S. Coast Guard said it received an alert from Broward Sheriff's Office at 7:48 p.m. Monday about a 15-foot boat capsizing.
A good Samaritan called in the incident. It's unknown how many people were on board.
The Broward Sheriff's Office and Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue were assisting with the search.
No further information was released.
