Cold Front Drops South Florida Temps

Cold early but temps in the mid 70s Tuesday

A cold front passed over South Florida Monday night, dropping temperatures Tuesday morning.

Clouds lingered but will gradually clear as the day progresses, with mostly sunny skies developing by late afternoon.

Temperatures behind the front are cooler, with Tuesday morning lows in the low to mid 60s around sunrise. Jackets or sweaters are recommended for folks outside before 9 a.m., though afternoon highs will peak in the mid to upper 70s.

For Wednesday and Thursday, early morning temperatures are forecasted in the 50s. Again, long sleeves are advisable in the morning.
