While the community continues to mourn the loss of 17 lives, funerals and vigils for those victims are planned across South Florida in the coming days, along with marches, protests and walkouts.
On Monday, funeral services for Luke Hoyer, 15 and Alaina Petty, 14, will be held in Coral Springs. On Monday evening, hundreds of people are expected to attend a rally at the Palm Beach Court House calling for an end to gun violence.
On Tuesday morning, Carmen Schentrup, 16, and Peter Wang, 15, are set to be laid to rest. Later that evening, public viewings are scheduled for Stoneman Douglas’ athletic director, Chris Hixon and football coach Aaron Feis. Both were killed as they shielded their students from a hail of gunfire.
At 5 p.m., a run remembering the victims will begin at Pine Trails Park -organized in honor of cross country coach and teacher Scott Beigel.
Wednesday will mark a full week since the tragedy. The White House says President Trump will host several Stoneman Douglas students and teachers that day, while at the same time, Chris Hixon will be laid to rest.
State and local officials are invited to the White House Thursday to meet with President Trump and administration officials. Later Thursday night, a celebration of life memorial is planned for Cara Loughran, 14.
On Friday, Revolution Live in Ft. Lauderdale will host a benefit concert for Parkland survivors. Ticket donations range from $15 to $50 each.

Saturday, the city of Pembroke Pines and schools in the city will be holding a "Ceremony of Hope" at 6:30 p.m. inside Silver Lakes Softball Park with all proceeds going to Douglas High School.
Sunday, I Heart Mac and Cheese will host a fundraiser at all four locations from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., with a percentage of all profits going to victims.
National school walkouts are being organized for both March 14th and April 20th, while a protest march is being planned for March 24th in Washington D.C.
