Ernesto Perez and the school are now being named in a foreclosure lawsuit over property they own in Homestead.
The suit claims they owe $1.5 million in an outstanding mortgage.
This week, Perez and the school were named in a class action lawsuit after he shut down the school last week.
Perez also pleaded guilty to campaign finance violations.
