A Davie man has been arrested and faces numerous charges for allegedly inappropriately touching a teenage girl.
According to the arrest form, the victim and suspect have known each other for five years from church, and also because the victim went to elementary school with his kids.
"Sir, you are charged with three charges that are very serious," the judge said in bond court Wednesday.
Those are serious accusations from a young girl who claims Rodman Rivera Chirinos, 46, touched her privates and kissed her.
Visibly nervous, Rivera Chirinos' wife said she doesn't think her husband is capable of such a thing.
According to the arrest form, the victim was at the bus stop waiting to go to school when Rivera Chirinos offered her a ride. The report goes on to say she said no, walked to another bus stop, and the man drove up and offered her a ride again.

"At some point, she did get into the van with the suspect and took him up on his offer to give her a ride to school," Davie Police said.
Instead, the victim alleges Rivera Chirinos took her to a nearby church parking lot, locked the doors, reached inside of her shirt and began to fondle her breasts.
"The victim became nervous and scared. She had jumped into the back seat of the van to where the suspect followed her and continued to inappropriately touch her," police said.
The teen girl told detectives he eventually dropped her off near the bus stop in the 500 block of Southwest 133rd Avenue.
The suspect's wife said she thinks he gave the girl a ride because he liked to help people.
When questioned by detectives, Rivera Chirinos denied touching the victim. However, the report says he admitted he picked her up and drove her to the church and also stated that when the victim was in the van, he went to the rear seat and began to masturbate.
His bond has been set at $75,000. He faces charges of lewd or lascivious molestation, and lewd or lascivious exhibition.
