Davie Police released video of two men they say were involved in an attempted distraction theft inside a local clothing store.
The video, taken from inside the TJ Maxx located in the Tower Shops Center off University Drive on October 28th, shows one of the men distracting the victim as the other man attempts to steal her purse. The duo was unsuccessful, however they were able to get away with a wallet from another shopper later in the day.
Police are releasing the video in an effort to encourage shoppers to be on the lookout and be more vigilant during the holiday season.
