Dolphins Game Preview: Week Four vs. Saints in London

The Dolphins will host the Saints at Wembley Stadium in London on Sunday

The Miami Dolphins will serve as the home team in their game against the New Orleans Saints in London on Sunday.

Miami is coming off a disappointing loss to the New York Jets last week and is in need of a strong effort. The Dolphins were dominated by the Jets, a team that is not considered a contender. Both offensively and defensively, Miami appeared lost at times at MetLife Stadium.

The Dolphins are allowing an average of 8.6 yards on passes this season and that is a scary number considering the opposing quarterback in this one. Drew Brees is one of the best in the game and Miami will need to lower that league-worst average. Brees already has six touchdown passes this year and no interceptions.

Lawrence Timmons will make his Miami debut after serving a two-game suspension. The veteran was suspended by the team after he went AWOL prior to the season opener. With that off-field controversy behind him, Timmons will look to have a big day at Wembley Stadium. The linebacker is needed as Miami's defense has been decimated by injuries.

After a solid Miami debut, Cutler struggled in New Jersey a week ago. Due to the large deficit and a lack of rushing production, Miami relied heavily on Cutler. The veteran QB ended up throwing 44 passes and converted 26 of them. Cutler was also picked off once by the Jets.

Jay Ajayi rushed for a total of 16 yards on 11 carries against New York. It was a struggle for the running back after he missed some practice time. Ajayi once again missed practice leading up to this game. Ajayi has been battling some knee problems, after compiling 122 yards in the season opening win. Ajayi is officially listed as questionable for this game, but is expected to play.

New Orleans is not known for their defense, which could help Miami have a big offensive game. It will be important for Miami to score early, so it can mix up the playbook a little more than last week. In what should be a close game, the kickers may become important once again. Cody Parkey missed an extra point last week, but has been solid overall.

Sunday's kickoff is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.
