The driver of a GMC Yukon suffered minor injuries, but severely damaged two houses after slamming into them late Sunday night in Plantation.
Plantation Fire Rescue said the crash occurred in the 700 block of Northwest 102nd Way just before 7 p.m.
Authorities said the driver of the Yukon, 47-year-old Seth Hirsch, lost control of the vehicle while heading northbound on Nob Hill. He then hit a median, drove across traffic, hit a fence and then plowed into the homes.
No one in the homes was injured.
Authorities said Hirsch was cited for the crash.
