Early Voting in Miami-Dade County Begins Monday

Residents in Miami-Dade County will have the opportunity to take advantage of early voting beginning on Monday.

Miami-Dade residents will be able to vote for the upcoming primaries at their local poll site. Early voting ends Aug. 26.

In this election, Miami-Dade residents will have the opportunity to vote for U.S. Senators and Representatives, Florida Governor, State Senators, State Representatives, County Commissioners, School Board Members, Judges and other contests.

Florida is a closed primary state, meaning voters must be registered with a specific political party in order to vote.

Early voting will begin Aug. 18 in Broward County.
