An elderly man drowned in Miami Beach Sunday, according to Miami Beach Police.
The incident occurred on the beach near 57th Street.
The 65-year-old victim was taken to Mount Sinai where he passed away.
The man's identity has not been released as the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident are still ongoing.
