A Homestead man who was reported missing Tuesday evening has been found, police say.
Luis Barban-Chavez, 72, was located in good condition, as was his vehicle.
A Silver Alert was issued Tuesday after his wife told police he had taken their car around 2:00 a.m. Tuesday and was not heard from since. His family says he suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease. He had last been seen in the 26000 block of Southwest 142 Avenue.
Barban-Chavez has since been reunited with his family.
