Orlando ‘Filmmaker' Arrested for Attempted Child Porn Charges: FDLE

Officials have arrested a man who they say attempted to lure young girls for sex and child pornography through a fake film agency.

The Orlando Sentinel reports Kevin Hernandez Orth was arrested in Orlando on Friday on attempted production of child pornography and lewd or lascivious battery charges.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement says Orth told a talent agency he was with Candy Land Films and was looking for young girls to be recorded in swimsuits.

The FDLE says an agent then posed as a father of a 14-year-old girl and contacted Orth. Orth offered $100 to record the girl in a swimsuit, $200 to record her nude, and $400 for sex.

Officials arrested Orth in a hotel room. It isn't clear if he has an attorney.
