Fallen journalist Steven Sotloff was honored Monday at the Newseum, which is a journalism museum in Washington, D.C.
Visitors to the Newseum or its website are usually greeted with the day's headlines from across the country. But instead, Monday's headlines were all blacked out to raise awareness of the increasing threats journalists face around the world.
The names of 14 fallen journalists, including Steven Sotloff, were added to the Newseum's Journalists Memorial.
