A man was killed in a shooting at a gas station in Fort Lauderdale on Christmas Day.
Officials responded at around 5:30 p.m. to the Westar gas station at 701 West Broward Boulevard.
The victim died at the hospital, said Tracy Figone of the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. His identity has not been released.
The shooter fled before police arrived, Figone said.
