FBI Looking for Pompano Bank Robber

Suspect robbed Pompano Bank of America at gunpoint: FBI.

The FBI is looking for a suspect who robbed a Pompano Bank of America at gunpoint Monday morning.

The robbery happened around 7:45 a.m. at the bank branch at 1019 East Atlantic Boulevard, the FBI said in a release.


According to the release, the suspect was able to gain entry to the bank before it opened, then displayed the weapon and demanded money from employees.

The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money. There were no shots fired and no one was injured, the FBI said.
