Eduardo Farach, Luis Morel and Tina Longas were arrested Tuesday night at the building on NE 1st Street, which houses jewelry stores.

In a search at the building, investigators found miscellaneous documents, at least $300,000 in U.S. currency, yellow metal that appeared to be raw gold, documents regarding compliance with anti-money laundering laws and a revolver with ammunition, according to an arrest report.

Farach and Morel face money laundering charges. Attorney information was not available. Longas faces misdemeanor charges and bonded out of jail before appearing before a judge.

The Coral Gables Police Department confirmed they were assisting the Department of Homeland Security in the investigation at the building on NE First Street.
