Fire Rescue Stabilizes Propane Truck Stuck on Bridge

The driver was out of the truck and the bridge doesn't appear to be collapsing.

Authorities were working to stabilize a propane truck stuck on a wooden bridge just south of Lake Worth on Tuesday.

The bridge is over a canal on the east side of State Road 441, WPTV reported.

The truck is owned by AmeriGas and was crossing the bridge when the planks started to give way, but the bridge doesn't look like it will collapse.

Authorities said the truck has to be stabilized, the gas taken out and then the truck removed.

The driver has left the truck and is not injured.
