Florida Landlord Accused of Stabbing Tenants

A Lake City landlord is accused of stabbing two tenants and cutting another after stopping by their rental home to inform them the power was going to be turned off.

Police say an argument began after Donald and Leah Fanslow stopped by the home Saturday night. That's when 46-year-old Donald Fanslow pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed two men and cut a female tenant. His 48-year-old wife also was cut.

The Gainesville Sun reports one man had torso wounds, while the other was stabbed in his lower body. Both were in stable condition on Sunday.

The female tenant and Leah Fanslow were treated for lacerations on their hands.

Donald Fanslow was charged with aggravated battery and bail was set at $150,000. Records didn't list an attorney.
