A Jacksonville man has been arrested by police after they say he assaulted an elderly man after being caught masturbating in a Fresco Y Mas parking lot in Miami.
According to a police report, 39-year-old Kerry Vandergriff was seen intoxicated with his pants down by the victim.
When the elderly man told Vandergriff to stop masturbating, Vandergriff proceeded to punch the man and continued raining down blows even after the victim fell to the ground, the report says.
Police say, due to Vandergriff's intoxication, he was detained and sent to the hospital. That's where they say he continued to masturbate in the hallway in front of officers and medical staff.
Vandergriff faces charges of indecent exposure, battery, and disorderly intoxication.
