A Florida mother was behind bars after her 11-year-old son told deputies he’s been smoking marijuana out of a "wood penis shaped pipe" with his mom for about six months.
Casey Sanders was arrested and charged with child neglect and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said the boy admitted to smoking pot with his mother out of a "wood penis shaped pipe" on several occasions. One witness, who claimed to have lived with Casey in the past, also told deputies she witnessed Casey and her son smoking out of a pipe matching the boy's description.
The witness also claimed to have seen the boy smoking pot on his own in the home, officials said.
Sanders was taken into custody and was ordered held on a $13,500 bond. It is unknown if she has hired an attorney.
