A neighborhood was flooded Wednesday after a car struck a fire hydrant Wednesday in Fort Lauderdale.
The Fort Lauderdale Police Department responded at around 4 p.m. to the 1400 block of Riverland Road.
Police said the driver bailed out of the vehicle and has not been found, but the passenger stayed at the scene.
Crews were at the scene due to the damage and flooding.
