Fourth Suspect Still Being Sought in Deadly North Florida Home Invasion

  • Police are looking for a fourth suspect in the shooting death of a North Florida teen during an alleged home invasion.

An 18-year-old is dead and a friend is wounded after a home robbery in Clay County.

The Clay County Sheriff's Office said Kolton Shearer drove himself and two friends to a gas station seeking help after the shooting. He died in the parking lot, where an uninjured friend tried saving him with CPR. The injured victim was shot in the leg and taken to a hospital.

The sheriff's office said three people have been arrested and it was searching for a fourth suspect Sunday. The fourth suspect was identified as 22-year-old Ozell McNabb, Jr.

Shearer was home from college for the summer.
