Freezer Trucks Stolen from Lauderhill Gelato Company

The total loss from the theft is $160,000.

Authorities urged the public to give them any information they have about the theft of freezer trucks from a gelato company in Lauderhill.

Surveillance cameras caught the Friday night theft of the trucks, which are worth about $80,000 eac.

The trucks belong to Gelato Fino Desserts, a company that makes gelato from scratch for restaurants, cruise lines and other places.

The total loss from the theft is $160,000.

GPS tracking shows the trucks were taken to northwest Miami-Dade, but have not been recovered yet.
