Game Stop Armed Robbery Caught on Video: Miami-Dade Police

Police looking for man and woman behind armed robbery at video game store

Miami-Dade Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man who robbed a Game Stop at gunpoint with help from a woman last month.

The robbery happened at the store at 17742 Northwest 57th Avenue on the afternoon of July 29 when the armed man entered the shop and demanded money from the employees, police said.

Surveillance video released by police shows the man waving the gun around as two employees filled bags with cash from the registers.

No one was injured and the man fled the scene in a silver or light grey Jeep driven by the woman, police said. He got away with an undetermined amount of cash.

Anyone with information is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
