Helio Jury Has a Verdict (Kind Of)

Verdicts on two counts have been reached, but are still hung up on 5 others

The jury in the tax evasion case of Indy race car driver Helio Castroneves says it has reached verdicts on two counts against him but is hung up on five others.

Federal Judge Donald Graham says he won't yet read the verdicts on two tax evasion counts and told jurors to continue deliberating on the others. Thursday is the fifth day of deliberations.

Castroneves' attorney Allen Miller and sister Katiucia Castroneves are also on trial. The jury has reached verdicts on the four charges against Miller, but on only one of seven counts against the sister.

Castroneves won the Indianapolis 500 twice and won TV's "Dancing With The Stars" in 2007. The three could face more than six years in prison. They are accused of conspiring to evade millions in taxes.
