Residents of one Hialeah community woke up early Friday to find their condo building and cars vandalized.
The incident happened in the area of West 76th Street in a two-block corridor between 26th and 27th Avenue. Some condo buildings and a few vehicles were found spray-painted with red scribbles, others had the word "Alpine" and "101" written on them.
Some residents said they want more overnight security in the area.
Police responded and were working to determine who was behind the crime. Anyone with information is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
