3 Injured After Double Shooting in Hialeah Leads to Crash

Two people were injured in a shooting Friday in Hialeah, where the shooter also injured another person in a crash while trying to escape the scene, police say.

The occurred at around 8 p.m. in the 900 block of East 31st Street, according to the Hialea Police Department.

After fleeing the scene, the shooter was involved in a crash at East 6th Avenue and 41st Street, sending another person to the hospital.

The two shooting victims were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital, police said.

No further information was immediately available.
