The Hollywood Police Department is searching for a robbery suspect who broke into a couple's room at Richard's Hotel.
The incident at Richard's Hotel in Hollywood that occurred Friday at about 1 a.m. was caught on camera.
The suspect is seen on video covering his face with a shirt before knocking on the door. Once he enters the victim's room, he demands money while making a motion suggesting he had a firearm, video shows.
There was a struggle for the wallet of a victim, according to police. A man walked outside, seemingly injured, while the suspect ran off in the opposite direction.
Police said the suspect is possibly armed with a handgun.
