Homicide detectives are investigating after a person was found dead inside a Miami Beach apartment Tuesday night.
The discovery was made in a unit at the building in the 1500 block of Michigan Avenue, Miami Beach Police officials said. Detectives and a crime scene unit were still at the building on Wednesday.
Detectives said they're trying to identify the person found dead and are treating it as a homicide. No other information was immediately known.
