Iconic South Florida Landmark Knaus Berry Farm Gets National Honor

A South Florida landmark for over 60 years is getting a national honor as one of the country's most enduring food destinations.

Knaus Berry Farm in Redland is being added to the National Culinary Heritage Register.

The farm opened back in 1956 and is known to sell fresh fruits, veggies, baked goods and ice cream – along with sticky buns that people wait hours in line to purchase.

Currently, they are closed for the summer but will reopen from November through mid-April.
