Jeb Bush: Arrogance and Incompetence Accepted in DC

Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush is launching a series of speeches his campaign says will outline many top domestic priorities if he's elected.

Bush is giving the first speech Monday on the campus of Florida State University. It's less than a mile from where he served as Florida's governor for eight years.

In a preview on his campaign website, Bush said it's time to challenge what he calls "Mount Washington." When he was governor Bush referred to state government as "Mount Tallahassee."

Bush on his website says that "arrogance" and "sheer incompetence has been accepted for too long" in the nation's capital.

He is expected in his speech to tout his record while governor, including cutting taxes and eliminating state worker jobs.
