Lake Worth Woman Killed While Loading Groceries In Publix Parking Lot

A Lake Worth woman loading groceries into her car Thursday night was struck and killed outside of a Greenacres Publix, according to NBC affiliate WPTV.

The woman, who police identified as 48-year-old Josephine Bogovich, was loading groceries into her trunk before she was a part of what became a three-car crash.

Celavie Ducles started her 2001 Honda Odyssey and “reversed at a high rate of speed,” according to WPTV, which resulted in her vehicle hitting a parked 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse. After making contact with the Eclipse, Ducles’ car hit the back of the 2011 BMW 335.

Bogovich was dragged underneath the Odyssey after she was hit, according to WPTV. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
