A man from Hialeah Gardens is facing an attempted murder charge for allegedly firing a gun at his neighbor.
Tito Chavez, 69, was arrested on Monday.
Police said a man was leaving his home when his neighbor, identified as Chavez, screamed at him and pointed a handgun at him. The man claims Chavez then fired the gun five times.
The man told police he ran into his home and called police.
Chavez was later arrested and booked for attempted murder and discharging a firearm in public.
No injuries were reported during the incident.
