A guest at the Ritz-Carlton on Key Biscayne has died after he was found in the ocean behind the luxury resort Saturday, officials said.
The man, who is around 60 years old, was believed to have been swimming in the ocean before he was found in the water near the hotel at 455 Grand Bay Drive.
Key Biscayne Fire Rescue officials said the man was rushed to nearby Mercy Hospital where he later died. His name wasn't released.
No other information was immediately known.
