A Canadian man is facing charges after authorities say he exposed and fondled himself in front if women and children on a South Florida beach.
Christian Malo, 60, was arrested in Pompano Beach Thursday on charges including lewd and lascivious exhibition and exposing sex organs in public, Broward Sheriff's Office officials said.
Malo appeared in bond court Monday where he was ordered held on $40,000 bond. It's unknown if he's hired an attorney.
According to a BSO arrest report, Malo was sitting in the sand when he repeatedly exposed himself in front of the two women and children, ages 4 and 5.
He was arrested after running away from the scene, the report said.
