A man was hospitalized Wednesday night during a police-involved shooting in North Miami, officials said.
Officers with the North Miami Police and Opa Locka Police discharged their weapon near 55 Northeast 132nd Terrace as police were conducting a multi-agency investigation, according to Lt. Neal Cuevas, spokesman for the North Miami PD.
Cuevas said the officers exchanged gunfire with the unidentified suspect, who was taken to Ryder Trauma Center in stable condition. No officers were injured in the shooting.
No other information was immediately available.
