Man in Dress Threw Concrete at Car: Orlando Police

Andrew West arrested for throwing deadly missile into occupied car

A man in a dress was arrested after he threw a piece of concrete through the window of a car in Orlando, police said.

Andrew J. West, 25, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of throwing a deadly missile into an occupied vehicle for the incident that happened on March 11, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

According to police, the woman was driving her Chrysler PT Cruiser down the street when she spotted a man, West, on the sidewalk wearing a tight blue dress, black leather high-heel shoes, a wig and carrying a tan purse.

West started yelling at the woman and the occupants of her car, then threw a drink at the PT Cruiser as he screamed expletives, police said.

He followed the car to the next light and threw a piece of concrete at the passenger window. Then he grabbed another piece of concrete which went through the glass and landed inside the car, barely missing a passenger, police said.

West fled the scene but police were able to find him and he was booked into jail, the Sentinel reported.
