Miami Police are looking for a man who possibly tried to sexually assault an elderly woman in her home Friday.
The incident happened around 4 a.m. at the home in the 100 block of Northwest 47th Avenue when the woman says she was startled by a man who walked toward her as she was returning from her kitchen.
The woman said the man lunged at her and covered her mouth in an attempt to inappropriately touch her. She shouted, but the man said he wouldn't harm her.
As the woman kicked and screamed, she scared the man off and he fled the house, police said.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic man, 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-9, who was wearing all black clothing and a black ski mask.
