Miami-Dade Police are looking for a suspect who robbed and assaulted a man outside a gym.
The robbery happened back on Nov. 15 outside the LA Fitness in the 9200 block of West Flagler Street, Miami-Dade Police said.
According to police, 47-year-old Jaime Urdaneta, who was visiting Miami from Venezuela, was walking back to his car after working out when he was hit from behind then poked in the eyes by the suspect.
The suspect snatched a gold chain from around Urdaneta's neck and fled on foot. Urdaneta wasn't seriously injured.
The suspect is described as a white male between 32-34, about 5-foot-7 or 5-foot-8 and 170 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
