Police are investigating after a man was shot and killed in Florida City Monday afternoon.
The shooting happened around 3 p.m. in the area of Northwest 14th Street and Northwest 8th Avenue, Miami-Dade Police said.
The victim, a 28-year-old white male, was shot and airlifted to Kendall Regional Hospital where he later died, police said. His name wasn't released.
Police didn't give any information about a suspect or suspects and said there was no known motive.
