Police are investigating after one person was shot and killed in Hialeah early Saturday morning.
Hialeah homicide detectives said police were notified by Palmetto Hospital that a 19-year-old male patient had come into the emergency room with a gunshot wound just after midnight.
The man was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital where he later died.
