Miami Gardens Police are looking for a 23-year-old man wanted in the shooting death of a young woman.
Tyrone Bivins is being sought in the homicide of 22-year-old Jessula Goulborne, who was shot and killed Sunday in the area of Northwest 207th Street and Northwest 39th Avenue, police said.
Bivins was arrested in November 2011 in a shooting at a Miami Gardens park that wounded four people, including an 11-year-old boy. He had been charged with four counts of attempted murder, but court records showed the charges were dropped in 2013.
