Man Wanted on Three Felony Warrants May be Headed to Miami: Deputies

A man wanted for a violent sexual battery in Hernando County, Florida may be attempting to travel to South Florida, deputies say.

David Deine Sr., 41, was last seen on Thursday in the area of Spring Hill which is about 41 miles north of Tampa near Florida's west coast.

He's wanted on three felony warrants out of Hernando County related to violent sexual battery with physical force and strangulation.

Detectives say he has relatives in Miami and could be headed this way. Deine could also possibly be headed to Puerto Rico, California or New York where he also has family and associates.

He's believed to be driving a 2007 Blue Suzuki Forenza with Florida tags GEED86.

Deine is 5 feet 7 inches and weighs 165 pounds. He has brown eyes and a bald head.

If you see him, do not approach him or his vehicle. Instead, detectives urge you to notify authorities immediately.
