Mayor Tomas Regalado appointed two commissioners as the chairman and vice chairman of the Miami City Commission Tuesday.
District one commissioner, Wifredo "Willy" Gort, was named Chairman of the commission.
District five commissioner, Keon Hardemon, was named as the vice chairman.
Their positions will be effective on the first commission meeting in January.
