Men Accused of Trying to Lure Girl Into Car Near Her Miami School

Two men accused of trying to lure a girl to their car near her Miami school are facing charges, police said.

Juan Carlos Ferrer, 45, and Eric Kreisberg, 37, were arrested Wednesday on charges of interference with custody following the incident near Miami Southridge Senior High School, arrest reports said.

The reports said the girl told her principal she had been approached by two men in a car not far from the school. The men parked the car on the side of the street and started making lewd comments to the girl, while Ferrer was hanging out of the car window, making hand gestures for her to come inside the car, the reports said.

Police put out an alert for the suspects and their car, and an officer later found them, the reports said. The girl's father responded to the scene and yelled "What did you say to my daughter?" at the suspects, the reports said.

The reports said the girl was able to identify the car as well as Ferrer and Kreisberg as the men who approached her.

Ferrer and Kreisberg were booked into jail, and attorney information wasn't available.
