A South Florida man facing multiple child pornography charges pleaded not guilty in court Friday.
Elvis Pino, 28, is charged with 20 counts of transmitting child pornography, according to a Miami-Dade Police arrest report.
Pino, of Hialeah Gardens, was arrested last month and remained behind bars Friday on $100,000 bond.
According to the report, Pino sent 284 child sexual abuse images to 50 people using his cellphone back on July 6. The next day, he sent another 10 images to 10 of the 50 people, the report said.
The images featured girls as young as four engaged in sexual acts, the report said.
