One of five cars connected to crime in South Florida could go to the highest bidder thanks to an online auction sponsored by Miami-Dade Police.
The forfeited vehicles will be available for auction through July 20th. The Department stands to make at least $100,000 off of the auction. That's money with which they can make the expenditures necessary to help fight crime.
Among the items available at auction are a Mercedes truck and a giant RV camper -- both of which were purchased fraudulently with dirty money.
Interested bidders can register with the County's online auction partner, Public Surplus.
