Miami-Dade Warehouse Catches Fire, No Injuries

Near 11 a.m. this morning, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue units successfuly contained a fire that had started at a warehouse. 

When more than 18 units responded to the fire alarm near NW 12 Street and 137 Avenue, they discovered heavy smoke coming from piles of burning asphalt in one of the open warehouses in the area. 

Firefighters acted quickly to prevent the fire from spreading to nearby trucks containing flammable materials. 

Crews were able to put the fire under control, and there were no reported injuries.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.
