Young Miami Fan Trolls FSU Players During Visit to Tallahassee Elementary School

After getting their first win over the rival Florida State Seminoles this decade, fans of the Miami Hurricanes have been vocal in letting their friends know who they root for.

Apparently, even FSU football players, officials and even one of their mascots weren’t safe during a recent visit to a Tallahassee school.

After a pizza party event at the elementary school, players and others posed for a group photo with the kids. Orlando Sentinel beat writer Safid Deen captured video of the event – where one kid decided to put up “The U” famous with fans of the Canes.

Miami defeated FSU 24-20 on October 7th, scoring a touchdown with six seconds left to break a seven game losing streak to the Noles. The eighth ranked Hurricanes will look to stay unbeaten this week when they take on Syracuse inside Hard Rock Stadium at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
